We love looking at the latest releases of shoes. We recently reported on the latest Adidas collab with David Beckham. And now, we turn to Nike. Feast your eyes on the latest Nike Soccer Cleats – or should I say, boots?

The Mercurial Dream Speed 009 is the latest iteration of Nike’s Dream Speed franchise – drawing on previous models to celebrate “legacy, speed and self-belief” in a boot. These are certainly going to be the next big Nike Soccer cleats.

The boot features a unique three-fourth length Air Zoom unit integrated speed cage structure, Vaporposite+ upper and tri-star studs. Each of these elements has been created with a specific purpose.

According to Nike:

• The Air Zoom unit provides springy acceleration for the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Sam Kerr.
• An integrated speed cage structure keeps footballers’ feet locked in and ready to step on the gas at a moment’s notice.
• Tri-star studs provide multidirectional traction with every step, allowing athletes to create space, change direction and cut through the defense.
