Premier League Giants Target 20-Year-Old Turkish International Forward and Italian Striker in Combined €120m-€125m Package

There’s some big news coming out of North London. Premier League giant Arsenal are making a bold play, drafting a package to lure two players into their camp. Eintracht Frankfurt’s Turkish international Can Uzun, and Club Brugge’s Italian striker Nicolò Tresoldi are part of a strategic double move by the Gunners, with both players are represented by the same management agency.

Can Uzun: Arsenal’s Initial Target

The 20 year-old attacker Can Uzun has emerged as one of the hottest properties in the European transfer market through his extraordinary performances and rapidly expanding potential. Standing out with his tactical maturity and high technical capacity in the forward line, the young talent continues to whet the appetite of Europe’s elite clubs.

Arsenal leads a host of other clubs tracking the player’s situation and squad progression. As the North London outfit prepare their tactical moves to add Can Uzun to their ranks, they have officially established contact with the management agency representing the player. We understand that Arsenal’s overtures have sent shockwaves through the transfer grapevine, but they are not the only interested party.

Fellow English sides Aston Villa, Everton, and Brighton are also closely monitoring the Turkish star’s match performances through live scouting deployments. Italian Serie A giants AC Milan and German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund also keep his progress dossiers warm on their executive desks. This extensive scouting and reporting traffic managed through intermediaries clearly illustrates how fierce the bargaining table will become as the winter transfer window approaches.

Can Uzun joined Eintracht Frankfurt from 1.FC Nürnberg in July 2024 for an €13 million transfer fee. Since then, the youngster’s rapid development has driven his market valuation up to €45 million ($50.3m). Süper Lig giants Galatasaray knocked on Frankfurt’s door in September 2026 with a formal €40 million ($45m) proposal for the young star. However, the German club rejected the offer instantly, proving how highly they value his future at the club.

Eintracht Frankfurt Stick with the Buyout Clause

Eintracht Frankfurt management have taken their stance to retain their young asset. They maintain maximum leverage at the negotiating table with a long-term contract signed with the player keeping him at the club until June 2029.

Hooligan Soccer has been told that Eintracht Frankfurt hierarchy are fully aware of the interest shown by Arsenal and other clubs. However, the German outfit have no intention of parting with Can Uzun on the cheap. Frankfurt officials have decided to direct all inquiring clubs strictly to the €60 million ($67m) release clause embedded in his contract, and will not entertain any proposal package falling below this figure.

Nicolò Tresoldi: Completing Arsenal’s Blueprint

The second pillar of Arsenal’s double transfer vision is 22-year-old Italian Under-21 international striker Nicolò Tresoldi, who plays for Club Brugge.

The physical striker, who made a name for himself with his breakthrough in German football before moving to the Belgian Pro League side, has mesmerized European scouts with his inside-the-box finishing, back-to-goal hold-up play, and aerial dominance.

Arsenal’s transfer committee view Tresoldi as a physical penalty-box goalscorer who will perfectly complement Can Uzun’s creative flexibility. But there are also reports that Barcelona is interested, which would make negotiations particularly interesting.

Tresoldi’s current market value has passed the €35 million ($39m) threshold, a testament to his development within the Belgian league. Bound by a valid contract until June 2029, Club Brugge are opening negotiations with an asking price between €60- €65 million ($67m-$73m) for their star asset.

Arsenal’s Tactical Plan

Under Mikel Arteta, Arsenal are seeking to inject creativity, physical power, and tactical flexibility into their attacking setup. Combining Can Uzun’s mobility as a number 10 or second striker with Nicolò Tresoldi’s pure center-forward profile offers Arsenal a complete attacking overhaul in a single transfer window.

Combining Uzun’s release clause and Tresoldi’s asking price pushes the total package cost to between €120-€125 million ($134-$140m). It’s a bold (and expensive) strategy from Arsenal. To secure a green light from both clubs and move toward finalizing the paperwork, everything will depend on preparing their winter budget and reaching full agreement on personal terms with both players’ shared agency.
