To celebrate 50 years since they first partnered in 1974, adidas and the Argentinian Football Federation have revealed a special edition kit and collection. The kit is expected to debut in the match against Peru on 19 November.
Feast your eyes on this retro kit.

The retro-inspired design draws from the kit that the Albiceleste wore back in 1974 – this time made of 100% recycled materials. The distinctive blue and white stripes are complemented by a Trefoil logo and a stripped back mid-1970s Argentina crest on the chest, both of which are in gold to celebrate the achievements of the team over the years.

Inside the collar, there is a special graphic with a laurel wreath and the sun symbol taken from the Argentinean flag with the words ‘En el alma y en la piel’ (In the soul and on the skin). Above it are the words 50 ANOS, nodding to the 50 years of partnership, while below are three stars to symbolise the three World Cup wins.
A true classic, no?
